After knocking out Larry Wolf  in third place, Anthony Caruso uses his slight chip lead over Jiaqi Xu to end the tournament on the first hand of heads up play at the Borgata Fall Poker Open.

"I'm beyond ecstatic," says Caruso, who wins $9,778 and his second Borgata trophy. "I almost had my second this summer, so it's nice to get it."

Caruso won his first trophy in 2010 in a six-max event and was runner-up in the $660 entry during June's Borgata Summer Poker Open.

"I was trying to impress my son (Connor) who got straight "A"s," says Caruso, who owns a shipping company. "But this isn't close to that accomplishment."

Caruso now has 15 career tournament cashes, all at Borgata. "I love it here," he says with a big smile while holding his latest trophy.
